Sam Nzima (8 Augustus 1934 – 12 Mei 2018) was 'n Suid-Afrikaanse fotojoernalis wat bekend geword het vir die foto van 'n sterwende 12-jarige Hector Pieterson wat hy op 16 Junie 1976 geneem het tydens die Soweto-opstand en die wêreld ingestuur het.
Hy het op daardie stadium die koerant The World verteenwoordig.
