Ei ddrama olaf oedd Y Claf Diglefyd (Le Malade imaginaire), a berfformiwyd gyntaf yn gynnar yn 1673. Cymerwyd yr awdur yn wael yn ystod y pedwerydd perfformiad, ar 17 Chwefror, 1673, a bu farw yn fuan wedyn.
