John Langalibalele Dube (* 22 Februarie 1871; † 11 Februarie 1946) was 'n Suid-Afrikaanse essayis, filosoof, opvoedkundige, politikus, uitgewer, redakteur, skrywer en digter.
Hy was die stigterspresident van die South African Native National Congress (SANNC), 'n politieke swart beweging waaruit in 1923 die African National Congress (ANC) voortgespruit het. Dube het tussen 1912 en 1917 as SANNC-president gefungeer.
