• രണ്ട് ടീമുകളിലും പതിനൊന്ന് കളിക്കാർ വീതം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
• രണ്ട് ടീമുകളും രണ്ട് ഇന്നിംഗ്സ് കളിക്കുക എന്നതായിരിക്കണം ലക്ഷ്യം.
• കളിക്കുന്ന പിച്ച് സ്വഭാവികമായിരിക്കണം. അത് ടർഫ്, ആർടിഫിഷ്യൽ രീതിയിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ചതാകരുത്.
