曲奇餅(美式英文:cookie)喺美國同加拿大解做細小而扁平嘅蛋糕式餅乾。佢嘅名係由荷蘭文koekje來嘅,意思係「細小嘅蛋榚」。喺英式英文中主要用嚟分辨美式餅乾同朱古力餅乾。第一次製造曲奇係由幾片細小嘅蛋榚組合而成。據考証,係由伊朗人發明嘅。
唔同種類嘅曲奇會有唔同嘅軟硬度。有啲曲奇甚至無完全煮透。曲奇有好多唔同風格,好似糖味、香料味、朱古力味、牛油味、花生醬味、核桃味或乾生果味等等。
