Lear Spire er ein markant tind med ei høgd opp mot 2470 moh, 6 km sør for Ugolini Peak i Colwell Massif i Victoria Land.
Han vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) i 1994 etter D'Ann Figard Lear som var bibliotekar i US Geological Survey (USGS) for Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) i Reston i Virginia, der det finst store samlingar av fotografi, kart og geodetiske kontrolldata frå Antarktis.
