Mount Woodward er eit fjell, 770 moh, som ligg 2,4 km aust for munningen av Antarctic Bay på nordkysten av Sør-Georgia.
Det vart kartlagd av South Georgia Survey i perioden 1951-57, og vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter Roswall Woodward frå New Haven i Connecticut, som i 1790 kommanderte ei av dei to første amerikanske selfangarskutene som vitja Sør-Georgia. Den nærliggande Antarctic Bay vart ein gong kalla «Woodward Harbour», men dette namnet har ikkje overlevd.
