清心丸係種潮州糖水,傳統係用一種叫城鵝嘅植物塊莖嘅粉(亦可用木薯粉或者番薯粉)搓成粉團,蒸熟後切開一件件,口感煙韌。皆因通常喺夏季食,令人清熱消暑,所以就叫「清心丸」。清心丸多數會搭配用綠豆煮嘅綠豆爽,夾埋叫清心丸綠豆爽或者綠豆爽清心丸。
