多士(英文:toast),又叫烘麪飽,係用多士爐烘過嘅方包,響未有多士爐之前,用火烘亦得。個面有少少燶,外面脆裏面軟。
多士嘅原料係方包,放響多士爐烤到香口,拎出嚟之後喺方包的一邊搽上奶油、牛油、花生醬,果醬等配料就得。啱啱烘起嘅多士會較為鬆軟好食,凍咗擺耐咗會變硬,風味同口感都會差好多。
有時因為個人嘅喜好有唔同食法,例如將兩塊多士夾起嚟食,甚至會將多士拎嚟炸,變成西多士。
