İpsala (Auncient Greek: Cypsèle, Κυψέλη) is a toun an destrict o Edirne Province in northwastren Turkey.
It is the location o ane o the main border checkpoints atween Greece an Turkey. The Greek toun opposite İpsala is Kipoi. The population is 8,332 (the ceety) an 30,112 (whole destrict).
