Tanner Island er den vestlegaste og største av Pickersgilløyane, og stig opp 145 meter over havet utanfor sørkysten av Sør-Georgia.
Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter William G. Tanner, som var ein geolog i British Antarctic Survey (BAS), som arbeidde på øya i 1975-1976.
