The province is pairt o the Hoseo region, an is bundit on the wast bi Chungcheongnam-do province, on the north bi Gyeonggi-do an Gangwon-do provinces, on the sooth bi Jeollabuk-do province, an on the east bi Gyeongsangbuk-do.
