Abdul Samad Isyaku Rabiu CON (was born 4 August 1960) is a Nigerian business magnet and philanthropist.
He is the current chairman of the Nigerian Bank of Industry (BOI). As of July 7, 2020, Forbes estimated Abdul Samad's has a net worth of $3.2 billion. In January 2023, Abdul Samad Rabiu becomes the 4th richest man in Africa.[1].

Rabiu attended Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
Rabiu began his career by establishing BUA International Limited in 1988 for main aim of commodity trading(local domestic production).
Rabiu uses the BUA Foundation for his philanthropic activities, he constructed 7,000-square-meter paediatric ward at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital and the construction of the Centre for Islamic Studies at Bayero University Kano.
