Author Anne Donovan

Anne Donovan is a Scots author frae Glesga best kent for her novel Buddha Da (Canongate, 2003).

Her short story collection Hieroglyphics and Other Stories wis publisht in 2001. This is currently ane o the prose set texts for Scots Literature in Scots schools. A seicont novel, Being Emily, follaed in 2008. Her maist recent novel Gone Are The Leaves (Canongate, 2014), wis short-listit for the 2014 Saltire Scottish Literary Beuk o the Year Awaird.
