Mohammad Reyshahri: Iranian cleric and politician

Mohammad Reyshahri (Persian: محمد ری‌‌شهری), also known as Mohammad Mohammadi-Nik, (29 October 1946 – 22 March 2022), was an Iranian politician and cleric.

He was the first Minister of Intelligence from 1984 to 1989 in the cabinet of Prime Minister Mir-Hossein Mousavi. Reyshahri was Prosecutor-General of Iran from 1991 until 1993. He was also a Member of the Assembly of Experts from 2016 until his death. Reyshahri was born in Rey, Iran.
