The Godfather Part III is a 1990 American crime drama movie directed and produced by Francis Ford Coppola, that stars Al Pacino and Diane Keaton.
The movie is set in 1989 and 1990. It is the sequel to The Godfather and The Godfather Part II. It received mixed to positive reviews and did well at the box office. This movie was released December 25, 1990 in the United States.
The final scenes of the movie were filmed at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, where the uncle of Francis Ford Coppola, the composer and conductor Anton Coppola, is shown conducting the opera, Cavalleria rusticana.
