Raquel Welch: American actress (1940–2023)

Jo Raquel Tejada (September 5, 1940 – February 15, 2023), usually called Raquel Welch, was an American actress and model.

She became famous during the 1960s as one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. She won the Golden Globe Award in 1975.

On February 15, 2023, Welch died from cardiac arrest caused by Alzheimer's disease at her home in Los Angeles, California at the age of 82.
