Programme For International Student Assessment: Scholastic performance study by the OECD

The Programme for International Student Assessment is a test done by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

It is done every 3 years. In the test, 15-year-old schoolchildren are tested in different subjects. Their grades can then be compared. It is used to say that a certain school (or schooling system) does better or worse than a different one, on a certain subject.
