Ma Ying-Jeou: President of Taiwan from 2008 to 2016

Ma Ying-jeou (Chinese: 馬英九, born 13 July 1950) is a Taiwanese politician.

He was the President of the Republic of China from 20 May 2008 to 20 May 2016.

Ma Ying-jeou was born in Kwong Wah Hospital in Kowloon, British Hong Kong on 13 July 1950. He studied in National Taiwan University, New York University and Harvard University.
