Gam-Covid-Vac: Russian viral vector vaccine based on human adenovirus

Gam-COVID-Vac (Russian: Гам-КОВИД-Вак, romanized: Gam-KOVID-Vak), trade-named Sputnik V, is a COVID-19 vaccine created by the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, and registered on 11 August 2020 by the Russian Ministry of Health.

Gam-COVID-Vac has been approved for distribution in Russia.
