Początkowo płyta miała się nazywać Niggamortis, ale wytwórnia nie chciała wydać płyty pod taką nazwą. Album promowały utwory „Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide”, „1-800-Suicide” i „Diary of a Madman”, do których zrealizowano teledyski.
