Mi instan adolah Mi nan alah dikukuih, digoreng, dan dikoghiangkan tarlobiah dahulu, supayo kudian dapek langsuang disajikan dangan manambahkan aia paneh dan bumbu-bumbu nan alah ado di dalam bungkuihnyo.
Adonan mi instan umumnyo tadiri dari campuran tapuang tarigu, aia, minyak goreng, dan garam.
