Lontong pical marupoan jinih lontong di Minangkabau, Sumatra Barat.
Babeda jo lontong lain nan manggunoan gulai, lontong pical manggunoaan lontong, mie kuniang, jo aneka sayua jo siraman kuah kacang. Sayua dalam lontong pical yaitu rabuang, jantuang pisang, lobak, mintimun, lalidih, jo daun pucuak parancih. Sado sayua diabuih talabiah daulu, kacuali lobak nan dipadiaan mantah. Lontong picang dapek ditamuan hampia di sado daerah di Sumatra Barat, biasonyo disadoan di tampek sarapan pagi atau pun pasa rakyaik.
Bahan nan digunoan untuak mambuek bumbu pical yaitu kacang tanah, lado, kapua siriah, kancua/cakua, saka, jo daun limau. Caro mambuek kuah kacang goreng kacang jo aluihan sado bumbum. Masak kacang nan alah dialuihan jo bumbu. Samantaro itu siapan bahan utamonyo abuih mi jo aneka sayua. Kudian siapan lontong, mie, jo susun sayua di atehnyo jo siraman kuah kacang.
