ポール・ハースト

レスター大学、サセックス大学で学ぶ。1985年からロンドン大学バークベック・カレッジ教授（社会理論担当）。マルクス主義社会学の研究から出発し、ハロルド・ラスキなどの多元的国家論を経て、晩年に結社民主主義論（アソシエイティブ・デモクラシー）を提唱した。
