During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!
At the start of the last day of matches, South Korea lead the group with four points and a goal difference of +2. The USA was second with four points and a goal difference of +1, and Portugal had 3 points but an all-important goal differential of +3.
This meant that POR would qualify with a win, or a draw and a US loss.
