Semzi
Banjo Oluwasemilogo Kayode (born 31 March 2000), known professionally as Semzi, is a Nigerian music producer and sound engineer, whose production style is mostly described as Afro-pop and Afro-Fusion.

He has worked and produced musical projects with several prominent Nigerian artistes such as Mayorkun, Davido, Olamide,Victony, Bad Boy Timz, Bnxn, Joeboy, Omah Lay and others. He is well identified with his tag sound "Original".

Early life and career
Semzi is a native of Ogun State. The Lagos-based self taught music producer started production in 2019 when he was in junior school using a laptop with a beat making app and YouTube tutorials. The song that gave him his breakout was "MJ" by Bad Boy Timz, which was quickly followed by another successful production of "Holy Father" by Mayorkun and Victony.
In 2020, after he got his major production project with Bad Boy Timz on "MJ", Semzi admitted that the artiste introduced him to more prominent artistes in the industry, such as Mayorkun, who later introduced him to Davido and they produced the track "The Best", which was featured on Davido's album A Better Time. These works and the relevance of his influence got him featured on a publication by Pan African Music. In December 2020, he was a co-producer on an album by DJ Consequence and produced the track "Soju" which featured Bad Boy Timz.
After successfully producing and working on musical projects for almost two years, Semzi got introduced to Victony by Mayorkun and they jointly produced "Holy Father" which peaked at #2 on the TurnTable Top 50 Chart in Nigeria as at December 2021.
In 2022, Semzi was responsible for producing four tracks off Omah Lay's Album "Boy Alone". These singles are "Never Forget", "It's Yours", "Come Closer" and "Joanna". This album also had an appearance from Justin Bieber on "Attention".
In November 2023, Semzi co-produced the track "Ohema" alongside Rexxie and Blaisebeatz, by Victony and 14 other notable Afrobeat acts all expressing their distinctive artistic styles in this single musical rendition.
