Template documentationThis template can be used to provide a link to the Encyclopædia Britannica's article on a given subject.
Usage
Add the following to the "External links" section of an article:
* {{Britannica||}} topicId: around line 70. See for example How to view the HTML source code of a web page if you need help with this. The source of https://www.britannica.com/science/pancreas says topicId: 440971 so it would use:
* {{Britannica|440971}} It produces a link with the url https://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/440971/pancreas. It currently redirects to https://www.britannica.com/science/pancreas but that url may be less stable and cannot be produced by this template. When the template was originally made, britannica.com included
topicId:149590 in the source. As such, the link would be formatted as follows:
* {{Britannica|149590|Daffodil}}
