Stella Hackel Sims: American lawyer
Stella Hackel Sims (born December 27, 1926) was an American civil servant.
She was the Vermont State Treasurer from 1975 through 1977. She later served as Director of the United States Mint from 1977 to 1981. She was a Democrat.
Sims was born in Burlington, Vermont.
