Maxim Kaibkhanovich Dadashev (September 30, 1990 – July 23, 2019) was a Russian boxer.
He competed in the light welterweight (63.5 kg) division. Dadshev was a participant of the 2015 European Games.

Dadashev was a Russian amateur champion. He was born in Leningrad, Soviet Union (now Saint Petersburg, Russia). Dadashev won the vacant NABF super lightweight title in June 2018.
On July 19, 2019, Dadashev lost to opponent Subriel Matías at MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland. When leaving the ring, Dadashev collapsed. He had brain surgery and placed in a medically induced coma. Dadashev died from his injuries on July 23 at a hospital in Cheverly, Maryland at the age of 28.
