Louis Aliot: French lawyer and politician

Louis Aliot (French: ; born 4 September 1969) is a French politician, a lawyer by profession, and the vice president of the National Rally (previously named National Front) since 16 January 2011.

Louis Aliot is the mayor of Perpignan since July 3, 2020.

Louis Aliot was born on 4 September 1969 in Toulouse.

Member of the National Assembly for Pyrénées-Orientales's 2nd constituency

For the legislative elections of 2017, Louis Aliot is a candidate in the second constituency of the Pyrénées-Orientales, which is considered to be more favourable than the first one.

At the end of the first round of the election, he came first ahead of the candidate of the Democratic Movement, Christine Espert, with 30.80% of the votes cast. He was elected on 18 June, with 50.56% of the votes cast and 452 votes against Christine Espert.

Municipal elections of 2020 in Perpignan

On 15 March, his list topped the first round with 35.65 % of the vote, well ahead of the outgoing mayor, Jean-Marc Pujol (18.43 %).
