Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck: Fifth and reigning King of Bhutan

Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck (born 21 February 1980) is the son of Jigme Singye Wangchuck and the 5th and current reigning Dragon King (Druk Gyalpo) of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

He became king on 9 December 2006. He was officially crowned on 1 November 2008.
