Feliks Gromov: Soviet admiral

Fleet Admiral Feliks Nikolayevich Gromov (Russian: Феликс Николаевич Громов; August 29, 1937 – January 22, 2021) was a Russian admiral.

He was the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy from 1992 to 1997. Gromov was born in Vladivostok, Soviet Union.
