Eleanor Holmes Norton (born June 13, 1937) is an American politician.
She serves as a non-voting Delegate to the United States House of Representatives representing the District of Columbia. Norton may serve on committees as well as speak on the House floor; however, she is not allowed to vote on the final passage of any legislation.
