Deborah Coleman (October 3, 1956 – April 12, 2018) was an American blues musician and singer-songwriter.
Coleman won the Orville Gibson Award for "Best Blues Guitarist, Female" in 2001, and was nominated for a W.C. Handy Blues Music Award nine times. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. She was known for her songs such as "Takin' a Stand", "Soft Place to Fall", and "Soul Be It".
Coleman died of complications from bronchopneumonia on April 12, 2018 at the age of 61.
