Childhood Schizophrenia: Childhood-onset mental disorder

Childhood schizophrenia is a mental health issue that develops in children age 13 and under.

The condition is similar to adult schizophrenia. With child schizophrenia, symptoms are disorganzed speech, hallucinations, negative symptoms and cognative impairments.

Child schizophrenia often happens at or after age seven.
