Bucky Pizzarelli: American Jazz guitarist

John Paul Bucky Pizzarelli (January 9, 1926 – April 1, 2020) was an American jazz guitarist.

He was born in Paterson, New Jersey. He worked for NBC as a staffman for Dick Cavett (1971) and ABC with Bobby Rosengarden in (1952). He also worked for Benny Goodman, Joe Negri, Les Paul, and Stéphane Grappelli. In 2011, he was honored in the New Jersey Hall of Fame.

Pizzarelli died on April 1, 2020 in Saddle River, New Jersey of COVID-19 at the age of 94.
