Association Of Spanish Language Academies: Coordinating body of Spanish language regulators

The Association of Spanish Language Academies (Spanish: Asociación de Academias de la Lengua Española) is the highest institution of the Spanish language.

It works in all countries that speak Spanish. It was established in 1951 in Mexico. The Association of Spanish Language Academies is headquartered in Madrid, Spain. It also has 22 other member organizations located in 21 other countries.
