Paraguays fotballforbund (spansk: Asociación Paraguaya de Futbol (APF)) er det styrende organ for fotball i Paraguay.
Det ble grunnlagt i 1906 og har hovedkontoret i hovedstaden Asunción. Forbundet organiserer landets fotballiga og landslagene for menn og kvinner, og har også ansvaret for futsal og strandfotball i landet. Det ble medlem av det søramerikanske fotballforbundet CONMEBOL i 1921 og medlem av FIFA i 1925.

I 1906 møttes representanter for de fem fotballklubbene som på den tid fantes i Paraguay: Olimpia, Guaraní, Libertad, General Díaz, og Nacional for å danne et styrende organ for fotball i landet, som ble kalt Liga Paraguaya de Football Association (Paraguays fotballiga). Navnet ble endret til det nåværende i 1988.
Det første nasjonale fotballmesterskapet ble holdt samme år som forbundet ble dannet; i 1906. Den første landskampen ble spilt i Asunción i mai 1919 mot Argentina, som vant 5-1. Den første seieren for landslaget kom i april 1921, også da mot Argentina i Asunción, hvor Paraguay vant 3-1.
