Chiba 5th District (千葉県第5区, Chiba-ken dai-go-ku) is an electoral district in the Japanese House of Representatives.

The district was established in 1994 after the introduction of single-member constituencies in that year. Since its creation it has been redistricted twice: once in 2002 and again in 2022.
