艇仔粥係一種廣東粥。最先來自廣州荔灣西關一帶,原本係一啲水上人家用小艇(廣州話俗稱「艇仔」)喺荔枝灣河面經營販賣,所以叫「荔灣艇仔粥」,據講係由魚生發展出來。艇仔粥嘅主要配料有魚肉、瘦肉、油炸鬼、花生、蔥花,亦有加入浮皮、海蜇、牛肉、魷魚等。艇仔粥以粥滑軟綿、芳香鮮味聞名。而家喺廣州、香港、澳門以至海外各地嘅廣東粥品店,艇仔粥都係必備嘅食品。艇仔粥喺行內術語叫「一彎」。
傳統嘅廣州人認為艇仔粥要喺艇上面食,並以河水煮成嘅粥水先有風味,而家用嘅自來水唔及以前。而家傳統做法嘅艇仔粥已經買少見少,廣州黃埔區仍然有一老人喺佢漁艇上以傳統做法賣粥。受到環境所限,廣州最後嘅艇仔粥已差唔多消失。
