羅宋湯(俄文、烏克蘭文:борщ,波蘭文:barszcz)係一種東歐或中歐嘅濃菜湯。「羅宋」呢個名嘅根據係嚟自Russian soup嘅上海話音譯(羅宋即Russian,源自早年上海嘅洋涇濱英文,),Russian borscht(borshch)係另一常用嘅名,但係源自烏克蘭。
所有羅宋湯都用紅菜頭湯做底,然後可以加入第啲菜。最簡單嘅羅宋湯只有紅菜頭、食鹽、糖、胡椒粉同一啲檸檬汁。其他經常加入嘅蔬菜包括椰菜、番茄、薯仔、芹菜同洋蔥。成分每個地方都有唔同。波蘭人經常加椰菜同薯仔,烏克蘭人就加番茄。間中又會加牛腩或用清牛肉湯做嘅。成湯之後凍熱飲都得。歐洲同美洲人經常加一啲酸淡忌廉。
