珍珠奶茶(Bubble tea),又叫粉圓奶茶(Tapioca (ball) tea)、波霸奶茶(B(P)oba milk tea),簡稱珍奶,係一種1980年代喺台灣發明同廣傳嘅茶類嘢飲,係臺式嘢飲嘅一種,亦係泡沫紅茶(Bubble tea)、珍珠茶飲文化中嘅一支,將「粉圓」(「珍珠」,Tapioca ball)加入香醇嘅奶茶度,而且重有「珍珠紅(綠)茶」、「珍珠奶綠(茶)」等變種,由於口感特殊,所以受到廣大歡迎同回響,亦成為台灣最具代表性嘅嘢飲同小食之一,多年來,已經由台灣流行到東亞、歐洲、美國甚至中東國家等地。
粉圓(珍珠,波霸)嘅主要成份係澱粉,通常由太白粉,即木薯(樹薯,Cassava)嘅木(樹)薯粉(Tapioca),亦有以番薯粉、薯仔粉等或啫喱等所製成嘅直徑5~10毫米(mm)嘅澱粉球,並加水、糖同香料,佢嘅顏色、口感依成分唔同而有唔同。
