撈起(粵拼:lou1 hei2)係過農曆新年嘅食品,起源自南洋,因為意頭好,寓意「越撈越旺」、「風生水起」。
撈起嘅材料有魚生絲(譬如三文魚)、生菜絲、西芹絲、紅蘿蔔絲、薑絲、花生碎同薄脆等等,重有用酸梅同桔溝嘅醬,逐樣材料加落碟度,每落一樣就講一個祝賀詞,最後用筷子撈埋一齊時,要不停講「撈起撈起」。
