Johan Gabriëlse
Johannes (Johan) Gabriëlse (Wasschappel, 1881 - Java, 1945) is voorà bekend 'eworren van de deu Wolters uut'egeven schoolplaeten overt koloniaole Nederlands-Indië.
Hie tekende voo schoolboeken (o.a. Van Kindertaal tot Moedertaal en Nieuw taalonderwijs in Nederlands-Indië). Ok maekte um olievèrfschilderiejen. Gabriëlse ao 'estudeerd an de Amsterdamsche Academie, weer um leerling is 'ewist van de professoren August Allebé en Nicolaas van der Waay.
Zien kunst is Gabriëlse fataol 'eworren. Vanwege zien kunstwerken interneerden de Jappan um int kamp St. Louis op Java), waar um op 16 juni 1945 is 'esturven an uutputting.
