Description
English: Đức Hinh pavilion (Lầu Đức Hinh). Constructed 1848.

This pavilion is part of Emperor Thiệu Trị's tomb, situated between the Stele pavilion (Bi Đình) and the three bridges across the lake. Thiệu Trị's tomb is located near Huế, just a stone's throw South-West of Emperor Khải Định's tomb. The Đức Hinh pavilion is currently a ruin (this is what it looks like today: [1]).

The Đức Hinh pavilion (Lầu Đức Hinh) could easily be confused with the Minh Lâu pavilion (Lầu Minh Lâu), which is part of Emperor Minh Mạng's tomb. The caption on this postcard is incorrect.

This postcard was (according to the writing on the back) sent in 1931 - thus, the postcard is from 1931 or older.
