Object history During the restoration of the work the signature of Paul Vogler (a far less known painter) appeared. The Kunsthalle Bremen is aware of that fact and published an article about the revelation itself. Of course we would appreciate if no more confusion would arise and the painting would no longer be found with Sisley being named as the artist.
