- Apparatus: Zeiss Elektronenmikroskop EM 109 (at the Department of Palynology and Structural Botany, University of Vienna, Austria)
- Fixative: GA + Osmium + KFeCN (glutaraldehyde + osmium tetroxide + kaliumhexacyanoferrat)
- Contrast: U + Pb (uranyl acetate + lead citrate)
- Magnification: 12.000x (scale bar = 1µm)
