Tiếng Việt: Đây là biểu trưng chính thức của huyện Quỳ Hợp, tỉnh Nghệ An, Cộng hoà Xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Ý nghĩa biểu trưng:
Hình tượng ngọn núi thể hiện điều kiện tự nhiên của Quỳ Hợp, một huyện vùng núi phía Tây Bắc tỉnh Nghệ An với những đỉnh núi cao đồ sộ, tạo nên cảnh quan thiên nhiên kỳ vĩ.

Ba đỉnh núi biểu trưng cho 3 dân tộc anh em Thái, Thổ, Kinh cùng nhau chung sống trên địa bàn huyện.

Màu đỏ của ngọn núi gợi đến "thủ phủ đá đỏ" Quỳ Hợp nổi tiếng, cũng thể hiện Quỳ Hợp là một huyện giảu tiềm năng khoáng sản, một thế mạnh để phát triển kinh tế.

Con thuyền đại diện cho mái nhà chung của các dân tộc của huyện, đã cùng chung lưng, đấu cật khai hoang, vỡ đất, ra sức xây dựng xóm làng, xây dựng huyện Quỳ Hợp ngày càng đổi thay, khởi sắc, đưa con thuyền Quỳ Hợp lớn mạnh vươn ra biển khơi.

Hình tượng quả cam trong logo thể hiện sản vật cam Quỳ Hợp ngon nổi tiếng, một sản phẩm thế mạnh của nền nông nghiệp huyện.

Hoa sen là quốc hoa, là biểu trưng chung của Nghệ An. Quỳ Hợp trong lòng hoa sen vừa thể hiện khối đoàn kết thống nhất, vừa thể hiện phẩm chất cao quý của người dân xứ Nghệ.
