| Description |
English: Local people called this place 'Suqovuşan' or 'Qovşaq' that means confluence. River Aras (on the right) flows into the Kura, a river with silty water. Some time the river’s waters run side by side without mixing. This phenomenon is due to the differences in temperature, speed and water density of the two rivers.
Azərbaycanca: Yerli camaat Kürlə Arazın birləşdiyi yerə Suqovuşan və ya sadəcə Qovşaq deyir. Kürün bulanlıq Arazın isə duru suyu burda qovuşur. Onlar bir qədər qarışmadan, sonra da qarşıb Xəzərəcən birgə axırlar. |
