ไทย: เป็นรูปวงกลมซ้อนกัน 2 วง ภายในวงกลมชั้นในเป็นพื้นสีเขียว มีลายกระหนกเปลวสีทองกึ่งกลาง เป็นรูปพระพิรุณทรงพระภูษาและฉลองพระบาทสีทอง พระหัตถ์ขวาทรงพระขรรค์ ทรงยืนบนหลังนาค ภายในวงกลมชั้นนอกเป็นพื้นสีขาว ด้านบนมีอักษรภาษาไทยสีเขียวเข้มว่า “กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์” ด้านล่างมีอักษรภาษาอังกฤษสีเขียวเข้มว่า “MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND COOPERATIVES”

ความหมาย พระพิรุณ เป็นเทพแห่งน้ำ เป็นที่นับถือกันมาตั้งแต่ครั้งโบราณว่าเป็นผู้บันดาลให้ฝนตก นาค เป็นพาหนะของพระพิรุณ และเป็นกำลังของการให้น้ำ
